This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit peptidelabs.ch or www.peptidelabs.ch.
The website provides information, local features and an accessories range with nonbinding email enquiries. It has no user accounts, website order or payment processing, newsletter or contact form. It uses no third-party advertisements, embedded third-party content or marketing cookies. This website version does not include additional analytics software; the host's technical server logs and statistics based on those logs are described below.

Hosting by IONOS

Server-based visitor statistics
IONOS provides visitor statistics generated from server logs. According to IONOS, these use no cookies and IP addresses are anonymized after transmission.
Local library, calculations and comparison
Saved profiles and pages, collections, private notes, calculations you explicitly save, comparison choices, the continue-reading trail and the time of the last Research Pulse visit are stored only in your browser's local storage. This information is not sent to PeptideLabs or another server and is not linked to visitor statistics.
You can remove it with the available reset controls or by deleting this site's data in your browser. Do not enter diagnoses, laboratory results, contact details or other health data in private notes.
Product overview and direct email enquiry
The product overview has no cart and does not persist your selection. The website collects no contact or health information in input fields for product enquiries and requires no account.
The product overview neither reads nor writes peptidelabs-shop-selection-v2, peptidelabs-shop-shipping-v1 or peptidelabs-accessories-selection-v1 in your browser's local storage. Previous cart, shipping or category selection data may remain there unchanged until you delete this site's data in your browser. These data are not automatically deleted, imported or migrated.
The product overview prepares the email draft to info@peptidelabs.ch locally when the page is displayed. It contains the product, selected pack, its price in EUR and the general shipping estimates: Germany, Austria and Switzerland €8.99, other destinations €14.99. No separate per-piece price is calculated. The desired number of packs and shipping destination are left blank for you to complete in the email. No pack quantity or delivery country is preset, and no overall total or destination-specific shipping charge is calculated.
You can click to hand the draft to your email application or display the text on the website and copy it manually; the copy button puts it on your clipboard when clicked. Nothing is sent automatically. We receive your enquiry only if you send it yourself. The information below about email contact through IONOS then applies. Please do not add health information.
The offer, seller details, final total costs, terms and payment information are then provided personally by email. Later Hermes or GLS tracking information is shared manually after payment and dispatch. The website accepts no orders or payments, calls no carrier interface and sends no automated tracking emails.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your sender address, message and any information you choose to provide in order to answer your request. The mailbox is operated through IONOS. Due to the nature of email, messages may travel over networks without end-to-end encryption.
Contributions for the Questions & community area are published only after explicit confirmation. The email address is never displayed; a name or pseudonym appears only when requested and approved. Publication permission can be withdrawn for the future by email.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, security and operation, or for as long as statutory retention duties apply. It is then deleted or anonymised where technically and legally possible.
